Scientific Council responsibilities:

1. 1. Supports and promotes the journal and has a real impact on its profile, aims and development.
2. Shares opinions about the running of the journal, its scientific and ethical level, and identity future challenges.
3. Makes suggestions to colleagues on the Editorial Board who can actively contribute to the development and good management of the journal.
4. Formulates directives regarding the functions and responsibilities of the members of the Editorial Board.
5. Co-creates and approves code of ethics of the journal.
6. Draws attention to observed cases of scientific dishonesty.
